OF Yeddumailaram

I am happy to place it on record the excellent work done by Ms. Swarnalatha PA Sangareddy HO in bringing the signature scanning work at OF Yeddumailaram SO. Really a good work by the new entrant in the department. All should emulate the same and bring good name to our division. Equally Mr. Srinivas of Narsapur for the hard work done by him in bringing the signature scanning work to all most update.

Narayankhed SO is lagging behind in signature scanning work and I request the SPM to take initiative in getting the important work by any means.

LSG Transfers

The Regional Office has issued transfers in r/o LSG and the following are in our division.
Sri Hameed SPM RC Puram HE to be SPM Patancheru SO;
Sri Shankar SPM Sadasivapet to be SPM RC Puram HE;
Sri Rehamatkhan SPM Narsapur to be SPM Sadasivapet.

Divisional Office also issued orders in this regard.

POSTMASTER GRADE-I EXAM

Dear Colleagues, Notification for Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for Promotion of Postmaster Grade-I, 2011 will be held on 12.06.2011. Paper-I (without Aid of books) 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and Paper-II (without the aid of books) - 12.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. For other details read the Divisional Office Lr.No.B-I/PM Grade/2010-11, dated: 02.05.2011 and submit applications by due date.

Good Work

The response on the item signature scanning put on our blog is encouraging. I am happy to inform that Mr. Srinivas PA Narsapur responded positively and completed 83% of signature scanning which is outstanding. He completed it in a very short span which shows that where there is a will there is a way. I request all the other SPMs to take immediate action for completing the signature scanning. RC Puram HE also showed good progress by achieving 97% followed by Sadasivpet SO. SPM Narayankhed, Jogipet, OF Yeddumailaram are still to improve.
