I am astonished to see the sudden decline in our IMTS traffic in the division. You all know that IMTS is a service which allows the user to get amounts from their kith and kin across the world and also a good business prospect for the department. Please educate the prospective customers of your area and ensure good business on IMTS. I want to see all the IMTS locations in our division as functional and ensure everyday transactions. P.
